Park Slope Armory with program space for a 75-bed shelter and a new community recreation center on the former drill floor. Fort Wadsworth on Staten Island was first occupied for defense in 1663 and closed for U.S. Navy use in 1995. The renovation of this 1960s developers’ bungalow allows for spectacular views of the ocean to be seen from the living, dining and kitchen areas.
