Gran Kriegel performed a program and feasibility study at SUNY New Paltz for the Old Main building. Old Main is the original campus building, completed in 1908 at what was then Teacher’s College. Plans assisted the 80,000 s.f. building in being totally renovated in response to building code, new program requirements and the need for general refurbishing including classrooms, library, lecture and cafeteria. We recently prepared a master plan and feasibility study for the Pine Cobble School in Williamstown, Massachusetts. The plan assessed the condition of the existing facilities, and set forth a plan for future development on the campus.
