This new supported SRO will be located at the Woodhull Hospital Campus in Brooklyn. The proposed facility will be a 60-unit project for Comunilife, a not-for-profit supportive housing operator. Each apartment will be equipped with its own bathroom and kitchenette; one on each floor that is UFAS compliant. The first floor contains an activity, dining, meeting and laundry facilities. Gran Kriegel performed a six week feasibility study for the project.
