A new, 50-unit SRO funded by the New York State Office of Mental Health and operated by Urban Pathways, whose program helps stabilize homeless New Yorkers and prepare them for independent living in permanent housing. The L-shaped building features a landscaped courtyard with communal dining facilities. Occupancy is anticipated for late autumn 2013.
