This six-story building, which is a new construction and was built with funding from the New York State Office of Mental Health, has fifty-five single residence apartments which house the mentally ill, some formerly homeless. The residence also contains lounges on each floor, a common kitchen /dining area, laundry facilities, and social service offices.
