Park Ave Apartments, Affordable Housing

Gran Kriegel provided schematic designs for this new affordable housing project in the Bronx. These designs are provided in advance of POKO’s construction of affordable residential buildings on vacant lots at Park Ave (4,353 s.f.) and Elton Ave (5,100 s.f.). Designs required MTA filing and approval due to one location’s proximity to Metro North tracks.
