For over 20 years we have held a variety of term contracts with New York City’s School Construction Authority. This includes both capacity term contracts, under which we have built numerous new schools throughout the city, and capital improvement term contracts through which we’ve completed over 75 renovation and improvement projects for NYC public schools in NYC.
Over the course of multiple term contracts for both capacity and capital improvement projects, Gran Kriegel and the SCA have produced 5 new schools together, performed 11 major restructuring projects, and completed over 70 CIP (renovation and upgrades) projects at schools throughout NYC’s five boroughs.
