John Gregorio Towers is 7 story, 78 one bedroom apartment building for senior citizens. Funded by HUD the project includes a central dining/multipurpose room served by a commercial kitchen. There is a tenant lounge on each floor and various activity rooms. The construction is load bearing masonry and precast concrete block. The building is located in a residential neighborhood just across the street from a public park.
