I have worked with Gran Kriegel on the construction administration phase of PS/ IS 312Q, beginning in early 2011. The site was complicated due to structural and environmental concerns and they managed the consultants well to resolve some surprises that came up in the process of getting out of the ground. Throughout construction they were very responsive to inspectors and the management team to address our concerns and provided amendments or expedited review of items when needed… It has been a pleasure working with them and I support their consideration for a new capacity contract.
