Project Manager for roof replacement and masonry repair involving four distinct roofs totalling 50,000 sf. Long-standing leaks were diagnosed through probes and examination of existing drawings. The high-wind costal location required extensive consultation with manufacturers’ representatives. Design/Build with P+S Construction.
